4.2. The Service is designed to meet high quality standards; however, the Administration does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of the provided information. The User must independently verify the accuracy and reliability of the received data.
4.3. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the structure, functionality, and content of the Service, including the manner in which the Services are provided, in order to improve service quality or in response to changes in legislation.
4.4. The User agrees to use the obtained information strictly in accordance with applicable laws.
5.1. To gain access to the full functionality of the Service, the User may be required to complete a registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date information about themselves or their organization.
5.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials (username and password). In the event of any unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Administration.
5.3. The Administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the User’s access to the Service without prior notice if it suspects any violation of the terms of use.
6.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, nor the absolute accuracy of the information provided. The User uses the Service at their own risk. The Administration is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6.2. The User is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for all actions performed using their account.
6.3. The User agrees to conduct additional verifications and consult with relevant professionals when making legal, financial, or other decisions based on the information provided by the Service.
6.4. In case of any violation of this Agreement, the Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Service without any compensation.
7.1. All intellectual property featured on the Service, including but not limited to textual materials, graphic elements, logos, design, and software, is the property of their rightful owners and is protected under the laws of the Russian Federation and international law.
7.2. Any copying, distribution, modification, or other use of the Service’s materials without prior written consent of the respective rights holders is prohibited.
8.1. The Administration is committed to complying with personal data protection laws and ensuring the proper security of the confidential information provided by Users.

8.3. The User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data within the scope of using the Service, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
9.1. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement in order to improve the Service, to comply with changes in legislation, or in response to user requirements.
9.2. The amended version of this Agreement is published on the official website of the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes implies the User’s full acceptance of the new terms.
10.1. All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to judicial proceedings in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.3. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to act in good faith and to seek a mutually beneficial resolution.
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Service Administration, superseding all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
11.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any issues not addressed herein shall be resolved in accordance with generally accepted international and national legal norms.
